    Note: the IHI virtual training program to provide managers with the tools they need to succeed when it comes to Leading Quality Improvement commences 1/23/2018. The training program uses innovative teaching methods to enhance engagement and deepen understanding of QI. Participants will learn how to focus their staff’s efforts and improve processes to more effectively achieve organizational strategic goals. This IHI Virtual Program has been approved for 12 continuing education credits for nurses, pharmacists, and physicians.
