VTE Prophylaxis dosing

We have recently switched from Enoxaparin to Dalteparin for VTE prophylaxis.
However, I am not quite convinced as to what should be the proper dose for VTE Prophylaxis for patients who weigh over 100kg ( say 100-140kg )
Our typical dosage is 5000 Units q Daily.And 7500 units for BMI >44
When we used to use Enoxaparin, we typically used 40mg Subcut BID for over 100kg for prophylaxis.I understand that some facilities use Dalteparin 5000 units BID for weights over 100kg
Does anyone have any suggestions or feed back please.
