Creative use of Maps to indicate Patient No-shows

I wanted to share a visual to show a helpful and creative use of Tableau to create a map of Kidney Transplant patients who do not end up going to their recommended Transplant Facility.

The size of the circle represents the count of patients while the color represents the percentage of patients (red is high percentage). The goal here is to focus on locations where there are large amounts or high percentages of patients who do not go to their facility and to effectively serve those areas better or to identify facilities where this is a common problem.

Drilling down on each circle generates information regarding the center it represents
