Tableau Can be used to report on REDCap surveys as well!

In this exercise, a Department asked us to report the results of their Customer Satisfaction Survey that was being collected in REDCap.

The report links to a live dataset that is updated in real time, and the visuals get automatically updated each time the report is opened and generated. Something like this is straightforward to set up and very simple to maintain, and exhibits the ability of Tableau to cooperate with various tools and data sources.
