April hospital quality data release from CMS

CMS will not be refreshing the Hospital Compare website in April in order to return to a schedule of quarterly updates (i.e., January, April, July, and October). CMS will update the datasets on data.medicare.gov only. The data publicly displayed on Hospital Compare in April will be the same data that was refreshed on February 28, 2019
